Email address — when you sign up for API access, we collect your email to send access instructions and service updates. We use Brevo (Sendinblue) as our email service provider.
API usage data — we log API call counts per API key for rate limiting purposes. We do not log the content of your queries beyond what is necessary for rate limiting.
Standard web logs — Cloudflare, which powers our infrastructure, collects standard access logs including IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not collect payment card data (handled entirely by Stripe). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. API usage logs are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello [at] brieftape [dot] com.
